I used to love going to the desert or mountains with a telescope and a sky map, and looking at the heavens. Now it's all Elon crap, etc. Fucking drag, really.

Yeah. I used to lay outside all the time as a kid and a teenager looking up at the stars at night for hours at a time. Shit! It must have been a Thousand Nights "easily". I didn't use a telescope though, but I knew most of the constellations and stuff like that. THE GOOD OL' DAYS! ( when I could see "worth a shit" hahaha! )

I only look up when I am praying. I pray daily so I look up at the sky when it is light outside. I never watch the stars anymore. My wonder lust died many years ago.
