A special Thanks to FatherTime and Larree
I appreciated the kind words from Father time on some recent blogs about my long time involvement of being a station manager and all my reviews and works I have contributed and as well to Larree for the shout out in acknowledging to what FT stated of my being an important part the whole scene here and my passion for commenting on peoples music.
This is not just about me though, it is about the whole number of those committed to adding music to their stations, the reviews and the supporting of our fellow musicians
This place , indiemusicpeople is where I cut my teeth, I learned a lot from listening to incredible works here, I admit I was an apprentice when I came here music wise, I was okay, not great, I still have a ways to go before I reach the abilities many of you have in regards to producing music, putting out quality tunes and reaching the level many of you have achieved.
I listen to a lot of my old albums from the 60s 70s 80s and so on, there is always so much to learn and improve upon , It has been an honor to review peoples songs, to see how well you all play and perform and you who are truly songcrafters and really good productions and fine players
I admire the lyricists aspect of so many, I am not much of a lyricist , written some melodies an lyrics, but mostly i am a instrumentalist , so there you have it, lots to learn, yet i have the ambition to be a better songwriter too!
thanks again to all who support me,
cheers and best wishes

Let me clarify, I should have said "listened to a lot of albums from way back in the day of other artists" of my record collection, I am almost 77, and still walking upright and breathing, checking my pulse to see if i have one, yup still ticking away
I did not record anything of my own till I got here pitching my brothers band the bluevoodoo in around 2002 or 2003 not sure,, and it was awhile before I uploaded anything, probably 2008, still trying to improve my chops and have fun doing the best that I can
Blessings to all you wonderful people and cheers and best wishes

Hi Bryon, thank you adding my song This Is Not Goodbye to your “eye” station. There is an overall technical problem with all the songs I attempted to listen to. You may want to check it out.
Cheers,
Rich
