Songs to remind us of the times when the AM tube radio was the universal home entertainment center. Nights were long, distractions were few, and time was ours, and sometimes 'hours' alone.
The framed cloth and embroidered slip cover "Radio Times" was made by my aunt in the 1920's to put over the front and back cover of the Radio Times magazine that was published weekly in the Goole Times newspaper in Goole England. She passed away in 1938, five months after her marriage. Her younger sister - my mother, the matriarch of our family following the death of my father in 1999, continued to bless our life with hers until her passing on March 16, 2014. I have written a personal eulogy to them both in song - it will be on one of my albums one day.Neil w
