And I get a panic attack

It’s not something I consciously control.
I’m man-phobic,

to a man meeting me on the Southbank walk.
I’d heard they were a pestilent creature,
I’d been hoping I’d never have to meet one.

They’re spin-chilling to observe.

I’m man-phobic
and it’s been recognised
