LEGENDARY MUSIC
It has been a while since I have felt any reason to revisit IMP, my page or any of my stations, however having recently caught up with Jimmy (James Stanley Howen) and hearing his song written 40 years ago, “Darling, Vows of Love – 1984”, there wasn’t a question in my mind about adding it to Legendary Music. It is a classic love song with soaring vocals dripping with love like honey filling the grooves in a 45 rpm vinyl record in a jukebox … it epitomizes Legendary Music – ‘the language of life, love, hopes, dreams and memories’ – the song truly touches the very heart and soul of Legendary Music. IMHO, the song has ‘Golden Kayak’ written all over it. I’m honoured to add the song and Jimmy once again to my classic station, Legendary Music.
