ALL THESE YEARS
Long ago when we first met
I'd come to check a place for rent
You jumped all bright eyed up on my car door
Then every day at 6am
Beside my bed you would be there
Your tail a waggin' begging for a walk
Now I cannot claim to see the future
How long you'll be with me
Or how long these good times will last
But I do know this one thing for certain
Still love you after all these years have passed
I remember one fine morn
You faked an injury to your paw
I rushed to call the vet up on the line
Until I spied you out the window
Where you thought I couldn't see you
Bouncing and a running 'round just fine
Now I cannot claim to see the future
How long you'll be with me
Or how long these good times will last
But I do know this one thing for certain
Still love you after all these years have passed, yee haw!
Now I cannot claim to see the future
How long you'll be with me
Or how long these good times will last
But I do know this one thing for certain
Still love you after all these years have passed
Still love you after all these years have passed
Still love you after all these years have passed
