Hiya Jbeezy - Here's a few things you can try.
Give us some infomation and a main band photo (Edit band details in artist area) check other band pages for ideas.
Always leave a link when you write to people (I had to search to find you) Just copy the URL and paste it in link on 'shout boards' You have 4 Stations playing your songs so click on IAC by their message and you go to the Station so you can thank them.
When you find Stations playing you sort of music leave them a link offering your music.
If you reply to the 'frontpage message' you left you will go back to the top of the page.
NB When you've read this you can delete it in you 'artist area (delete comment)
