I saw one of the best music documentaries I have ever seen today. EPIC: Elvis Presley In Concert. I already loved Elvis, but I think I love Elvis more than ever right now after seeing this film. I am still processing how amazing it was. If you have a chance to see it, see it. I am blown away.

I met Linda Thompson many years back and she was quite talkative and mentioned she was neighbors with Dolly Parton. Then Elvis came into the conversation I mentioned how I felt he should have walked away from music just to regain his health and sanity. And she responded "He couldn't Gregg,," And I asked her why that was and then she then told me she was his former girlfriend.
So I guess is was a good thing that I expressed nothing but good thoughts about Elvis cause she shared a few personal insights about his life that few are aware of. A very sweet lady.

He was Amazing. Considering all He had going against Him.
I grew Up in Columbus, about 90 miles from his Birthplace and home until He was 16 or so. He moved to Memphis with his Parents as a Teenager. They usually always lie and say He was born in Memphis.
