Gaws is from the Gaston County (Rock Star Hell) area of North Carolina. Here's a little diddy I recorded awhile back called "My Trembling Hands", and I'm just getting around to posting it. Meanwhile my band GAWS is in the process of recording a new cd . Brand new tunes mixed with some oldies. Drum tracks are down, and my lead guitarist is almost done with his tracks. Soon......Soon....the new cd will have 16 tracks, "Layin on the Chain" is one of my solo efforts from my country/rock side project "West End Oasis", it's different from my normal genra of music. But I kinda dig it...have a few more I may upload later on. "I just can't say", and "Let the Kid'z Rock" are from my other side project "Abelskeeper", and are also quite different from the music of Gaws I'm slowly working on a cd of my solo work as Abelskeeper, so keep checking back. As far as the band's concerned, we're not pretending to be rock stars. We're just 4 old country boys who have done this for 14 years, just for the fun of it. We jam at least once a week, and if your ever in the neighborhood, look us up. No screaming, no Spandex, no stage diving, just good ol rock n roll.
