The Happy Endings have just completed their full length debut album with renown producer Forrester Savell (The Spazzys, Karnivool, Helmet, The Butterfly Effect, Sunk Loto, Gavin Rossdale) this will be released to co-incide with an Australian national tour in April 2008.

The first taste of this album comes in the form of explosive debut single/filmclip "Get Around This" which is available RIGHT NOW through GREEN distribution, Waterfront Records and iTUNES.

Even prior to it's release "Get Around This" had already seen national radio play, had been included on several international compilation CDs, and was chosen for the soundtrack of new American teen movie "Balled" (out in 2008).

The Band have just completed an 11 track debut album with producer Forrester Savell (who has also produced such acts as The Spazzys, Sunk Loto, Karnivool, The Butterfly Effect, Helmet and Gavin Rossdale). The Album comes out in April 2008 to coincide with a 16 date national tour that The Happy Endings are doing, supporting QLD's Chasing Gravity and Los Angeles band Stereophile.

In late December 2007, The Happy Endings released 'Get Aound This', which is the first single the first single to be taken from the album. 'Get Aound This' is available now thru Green/MGM distribution and iTUNES... and the song has already gained the band a HEAP of interest:

* It has been included on an numerous international music industry compilation CD's, including Bandpromote (USA) and the Smooth Music Sampler (Europe, USA and UK).

* It's was added to the MR radio network, which has 44 commercial stations around regional Australia.

* TV Australia wide have taken a shine to 'Get Aound This' and have either used the track or played its film clip. Some stations include ABC (Rage), ABC2 (JTV), Foxtel (Aurora TV) and numerous Channel 31 shows.

* Even prior to a release The Happy Endings music had been played on Triple J and Nova FM in Melbourne.

* The Happy Endings made front cover feature story of MX magazine in Melbourne, yes the picture of drummer 'Chafey' dressed as Little Red Riding Hood.

* 'Get Aound This' is also the only Australian track being used in new USA teen movie "BALLED", which will comes out in 2008.

* LSA films have shot a film clip for 'Get Aound This' which is available on you-tube, the link is on front page of The Happy Endings myspace page, alongside some great footage of a recent Happy Endings headline show in front of hundreds of people. check out the videos now!
