Öyvind Ander is a singer/songwriter/artist living in Gothenburg,Sweden. After graduating from artschool in 2001, Oyvind performed an acoustic band "Travellers in time" . The bands first demo "In the healing rain" and "Don´t waste your time" appeared on the swedish director Ulf Malmros movie "Slim Susie" , heading the Swedish cinemas in 2003/2004.
In the healing rain also appeared on the soundtrack to the movie. Slim Susie were released on DVD in the U.S in 2006.
In 2005 Oyvind released his debute Ep/album "In the healing rain" including 8 songs, and 8 paintings of Oyvind.
During 2006/2007 11 new songs were recorded at Jm studio, Mölnlycke, Sweden. The stringquartet "Qvartiett" contributed with stringarrangements on the new tracks, and the 8 songs from the debute ep.
All 19 songs of Oyvind will appear at the new album Heaven is. The album release will take place in Gothenburg, Mars 2008.
