T-Loc the Boss, Italian, born 5/12/83 in Long Island, NY and raised in Homestead, FL has had a very interesting career in the music world thus far. He started making music in high school just as cd burners were put onto the market. He started pressing his own underground albums and selling them outside shows, clubs, car events, and more. It wasn't long after he had created his own company, Gangsta Island Records in June 2001, and secured a national distrbution deal with ADI.

The Boss, then stepped into the production seat and released an album by brother and artist Romeo titled "Controllin' Tha Game", followed by his own solo "Gangsta Psalms". Both successful releases on the independent level.

T-Loc kept up with the music but started to feel artists were being robbed by promotion companies and not promoted correctly. He then started BrosMusic in June 2006. From here he world with grammy winning producer Rockwilder on being a top promoter and affiliate of RocMp3.com a digital distribution company, in which T-Loc's releases also topped the charts of.

From there he constructed the ultimate promotional package for any artist that is dedicated and determined to make it in the industry but needs the right path to get there. He called this package "Music Hustle". It includes being apart of the "Music Hustle" compilation series which within 3 releases has already worked with platinum selling artists Ying Yang Twinz, Flo Rida, Rick Ross, Da Muzicianz, Lil Wayne, T-Pain, Bloodraw, Young Buck, and more.

With continued compilation releases, a planned "Music Hustle" DVD, Showcases around the country, "Music Hustle" clothing already becoming popular via Bay Rootz Clothing, a new T-Loc the Boss solo album in the works, and much more...Expect to hear a lot from The Boss, and the "Music Hustle" Movement!!!
