Had many years playing as a side man on keyboards, piano organ with the bluevoodoo an incredible Canadian Blues Rock Band with 20 years under their belt performing 4 nights a week certainly helped hone their skill set and drew in big crowds at the YALE blues club in Vancouver and many other blues clubs around BC and Western Canada as well as 2 tours of Europe. Their sound is infectious you will be hypnotized and mesmerized with their clever songcrafting, tight musicianship and kick ass sound. On Dreamscapes Duane Flock absolutely shreds it out and takes you on a grand tour of guitar and how to lay down the chops in the showmanship stage of sorts, in the pocket and literally kicks ass on this powerful epic journey to a dreams of wonderment and gives you a live concert feel in a way . Dreamscapes is Kinda a Pink Floyd experience if you will a soundscaping vibe with fat orchestra shots and big grand piano sound too does, I think the guitar by duane flock has some psychedelic qualities combined with progressive rock , lots thematic expression, the emotions and dynamics as well as the musical virtuosity is extremely cool. Like I said the Song has some heavy influences of Pink Floyd or King Crimson, its a super cool patina of sounds with rich textures and musicality

My Friend and Soulmate featuring Paul Wainwright
Paul Wainwright and I have worked together on about 10 projects of mine. Paul did the sax work and some bass playing on 4 songs from my Kick Back Just Relax album in 2016 which got Airplay across Canada on college stations and CBC radio. Paul has worked on many single releases as well. The style of Genre we have worked on ranges from jazz to easy listening and Blues. Duane Flock and Paul Wainwright have worked together numerous times over the last few years on a lot of my tunes. Paul is considered one of Canada's top session players along with Gene Hardy of Toronto. Always a pleasure having Paul appear on one of my songs. There will be many more coming to this channel.
