Our favorite nursery rhyme hero is depressed but he's not giving up that easily.

Jack wasn’t anywhere near the hill
He was trying to stay far away from Jill
Ever since the day they both fell down
You never see Jack comin’ around
And Jill’s at the bottom of the hill in the bushes
Smoking another cigarette
And Jack’s inside a child’s balloon
Trying hard to forget

Mrs. Horner nearly dropped her pies
When she saw the look in little Jack’s eyes
His only thoughts were draped in gloom
Far from the corner in the middle of the room
Momma ran out of plums again yesterday afternoon
There’s not much you can do or say inside a child’s balloon

Jack looked up at the candlestick
It was ten feet high and two feet thick
To the panel of judges he slowly turned
Every one of you wants to see me burned
So he built a tomb back in his room
And started smoking cigarettes
He’s stuck inside a child’s balloon
Trying hard to forget
