Calgary based Boy and GurL lay down a beautiful elegant song ,too bad that the duo is now defunct which is unfortunate, they had something special.Bottom line, is this, to last in this music biz is difficult,to be relevant is critical, to be dedicated, important .and to have the drive and determination a vital elements to success. Boy and Gurl it is true that they had a great vibe and sound and terrific sonic qualities. I know of very few who survive the rigors of the music life and touring as professionals,that said performing live is part of the process of development ones brand and gaining traction these days during Covid, virtually impossible.
