LEGENDARY MUSIC
Something has been missing here on Legendary Music for much too long now. Finally it hit me what it was. Perhaps it was the night, or the weather outside the cabin - half snow again, and half rain, and still miserably cold and ever so dreary and melancholy. And although the fireplace warms my body, and old Rascal curled up near me warms my soul with his quiet and loyal company, it was my heart that needed a friend tonight. That's why I turned, as I always seem to do, to music. That's when it hit me. I needed a beautiful instrumental song to take my mind off of the day's activities which had not been especially happy, and to take my mind off of the loneliness and emptiness of the night that was surrounding me, burying me in memories that I longed to be able to relive and that I knew I never could. Interestingly those memories involved a Valentines Day, or rather, a Valentines Night long, long ago. That's when SuperPuss entered my private world here tonight with a special "Valentine"- the perfect instrumental song to fill the loneliness in my night and to fill the empty spot on Legendary Music's playlist. I can feel Titania's heart pining all through this beautifully written and arranged song, pining for lost love, or perhaps stolen love, but love gone nevertheless. There is only one other thing in life other than losing love that can break a heart. And regardless of what the pundits say, I don't believe that a broken heart ever really completely heals. I do know though that music can ease the pain and provide one with the strength to begin the emotional rebuilding and re-living process. "Valentine" is the light at the end of the tunnel song, the candle in the dark, the silver lining on the cloud, the peace in the emotional storm, the comfort for the slowly mending broken heart. I felt every one of those sensations while listening to this beautiful song tonight. Welcome to Legendary Music SuperPuss, and congratulations on your nomination for a Golden Kayak.
