A simple acoustic guitar riff repeated with a strong bass line and strong snare beat throughout. Vocals are by Evette and Pete. Added my ghost backing vocal at the end of the song too add a slightly reflecting tone for the song. Light keyboards again at the end to re-enforce the reflective nature of this song. Well I wrote this in about 10 minutes during a boring afternoon in the office! It's about someone I knew at the time whose life had been full of abuse and sadness and now was given the chance to change everything for the better but ultimately everything was up to her. It's about her struggle and the choices that lay ahead and about the past. Hope you like it
