Intricate Folk is a group/band currently composed of producer/bassist/dj/songwriter D. Jude and vocalist/keyboardist/songwriter Yahz Chyld. The group is based in Los Angeles, Ca., and was recently founded in April 2016. Both members were born and raised in Louisiana, growing up on heavy funk/jazzy tunes. They combine to create a perfect blend of soul, funk, pop, electro and r&b that sonically connects with the old and young ears of today.
