I´ve always been a Snoop Dogg fan, and really liked his original version of "That Tree". I love his message to his fans, because it´s sincere, and genuine. I didn´t want to re-invent his song, but I wanted to add some DICARLO flavor to it, much like a good producer would do with any artist. Not trying to change the artist´s ideas, but to add to the artist´s original ideas. As I´m based in Europe, and I love Hip Hop, as well as Dance music, I decided to combine the two to make a Hip Hop/Dance Crossover mix, with Hip Hop/R&B/Funk in the verses, and Euro Dance/Trance in the choruses. I would love to win this contest, and meet Snoop in person. It would be great, if he released my remix in Europe. It would be a huge success here in Europe, especially in the clubs. Anyway, I´m glad I found the (last minute) time to do this, and appreciate Matt for helping get this in the contest at the last minute. Hope you enjoy this.
