Collette began as a pianist and saxophonist in her early childhood and wandered into singing as a teen. After spending 4 years in college at Howard University, singing and soaking up the raw energy of Washington
D.C.’s Go-go music scene, Collette was finally ready to unveil her unique brand of storytelling.
