""Actions speak louder than words..."" Formed in October of 1999, six ounce gloves has rapidly climbed the ladder of the Central California music scene, playing anytime, anywhere. Having that positive; ""any time, any where."" attitude, along with an invigorating stage presence, has given six ounce gloves the opportunity to spread their sound to a national audience by sharing the stage with major label acts such as Korn, Chevelle, Papa Roach, Motogrator, Crossfade and Powerman 5000 just to name a few. While coming from distinctly different musical backgrounds, six ounce gloves Vocalist Mitch Gordon, Guitarists James Reynolds and Chad Brummer, Bassist Mike Bass, and Drummer Darren Badorine have formed together to create an energy that is completely natural and unique, inviting every audience member to sing along with the mesmerizing vocals. Having released their debut EP titled “It’s About Time” in May of 2002, and by showing all that they are down to earth, focused, and true fans of music, six ounce gloves has been awarded what is the greatest gift; an overwhelming amount of support from fans, friends, and family, as well as the many bands they have gig'd with.
