Clive Barratt is a Canadian singer-songwriter, originally from Blackburn, Lancashire, England, now living in Chilliwack, British Columbia. He recently started work on his debut CD with an estimated completion date of September 2012.

""TONIGHT YOU'RE GOING OUT"" Clive's first professionally produced song, was completed in May 2011. It was recorded and mixed by producer Rob Begg of Marpole Productions, in Langley, British Columbia and sets the tone for Clive's debut CD. Drums and background vocals are provided by Roger Belanger; former band member? and drummer with Bachman Turner Overdrive. Roger's distinctive sounds will be evident on several of the tracks when Clive's debut album is completed.

Clive got his first guitar at the age of 12, had basic music training in high schools in the UK and Canada and wrote his first song at age 16. He has written over 55 songs in a variety of styles including rock, contemporary pop, folk-rock, blues-rock, country-rock, gospel and instrumental. Knowing that versatility is an invaluable trait, Clive performs solo, duet, trio or full band gigs on a casual basis. ?

?Clive admits that he has his head in the clouds much of the time, earning a living as an pilot, but the creative world of music is his escape from the fatigue and stress of a demanding aviation career.
