From the land down under spawns a tale of four unlikely hero’s. The music industry was in peril and was being overrun with the mind numbing beats of commercial radio. All colour had been sapped out of existence and the dull grey reality of life banged along to the same beat. Civilians on the streets stepped in unison. Men and women shared the same clothes, the same haircut, the same stylist. All creativity and individuality had been expelled from the human mind.
In the Garage of Beats in old town Melbourne a band could be heard practicing. A passer by heard The Wail of the Last Mo-hican and stopped a moment to listen. It was like nothing he had ever heard. Enter the Dragon. The Phat Slap of a hard driving baseline pounded out of an amp and all around the neighborhood. More people marching by stepped out of line to listen. A Reign of Thunder came crashing through the walls and the crowd that had gathered began to moves in ways they couldn’t explain. Some jumped others pushed and the uncontrollable mosh moved closer to the quaking beat that came from the garage. Over the top of this beat the Power Shred of a guitar tore through the dreary grey existence and colour exploded back into life.
Some people in the street ran from this new sound afraid of what it was, but those that remained new this was the sound that was going to change the world. They roared and stomped and danced. They called out for more and demanded to know the name of these musical prodigies. A man stepped forward and called for quiet. He told the people who they were. They were Crash Arcadia, and it was Time to Live the Revolution.
