29th September 2017 two solo debut albums ‘Freeway’ (songwriter) and ‘Freeway – The Remixes’ (electronica), were released. Producer, Paul Baggott (UK).
18th May 2018 sees release of a Double digital album of the two solo albums. Alison says, “The two belong together. They are different takes on the same source material, the tracks for both albums were created over the same stretch of time. Some fun comparisons to be made!”
Alison has since the 1980s collaborated with renowned Producer/Composer Tony Lowe. Their latest co-written album 'Human Sleeping' was released on July 1st, 2014 on the Sunn Creative label.
Tony Lowe and Alison Fleming were balloted for the prestigious GRAMMY Awards - 2007 and 2008 for albums 'All of the Above' and 'Second Nature' respectively, in 14 categories including "Best New Artist" in 2007. This is an unprecedented achievement for independent musicians. Special thanks were extended to those who supported them - notably to String at independent record label Sunn Creative and to Al Gomes and A. Michelle at Big Noise USA.
March 2008 Tony Lowe and Alison Fleming were nominated for a Golden Kayak Award for the song "Dancing in the Snow" a track from album, 'Second Nature'.
